**Exchange and Refund Policy**

Before initiating an exchange, please take note of the following guidelines:

– Swimsuit Return Timeframe: Your swimsuit must be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receipt. It’s important to ensure that the swimsuit has not been worn, used, or washed. If we receive a swimsuit that is not in its original condition, we will be unable to accept it for exchange, and it will not be returned to you at our expense.

– Underwear Collection: For items from the underwear collection that are being returned for exchange or refund, please observe the following conditions: The item must be returned with its original bag and label. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the necessity of reshipping the package to you, and we regret that we will be unable to honor your request.

**How to Exchange Your Items:**

If you’re in the I.E. area, you can conveniently exchange your swimsuit at our store. If the received item’s size or model doesn’t suit you, don’t worry; you can follow our instructions to exchange it for a different size, model, or color.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:
– You have a window of 30 days after receipt to initiate the exchange.
– The swimsuit must be in its original condition.
– It should not have been worn, used, or washed.
– Please note that Final Sale (liquidation) models are not eligible for return.
– It’s essential to meet the above criteria for us to process your exchange.

2. Paperwork Requirements:
On a sheet of paper, provide the following information:
– Order number
– Buyer’s name
– Email
Mark this as “EXCHANGE.”

3. Packaging:
Pack the swimsuit along with the paper in an envelope to ensure cost-effective shipping. Do not use a box, and take care not to fold the swimsuit to prevent creasing.

4. Sending the Package:
Take the prepared package to your local post office for shipment. Obtain a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. Kindly use your local post office for returning the swimsuit, e.g., Nuevo, USPS. Please avoid using USPS/FEDEX/DHL for shipping.

5. Receiving Instructions:
Once we receive your package, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to reorder the desired new size or model.

**Postage Fees and Returns:**

Regarding postage fees for returns or exchanges, please be aware that the return cost is your responsibility, as we do not cover return costs to our store in the USA.
